You&#039;ll work in teams that know each other, adapt quickly, and share responsibility. This collaborative approach accelerates the project, while always focusing on the content: you&#039;ll review information, organize technical details, and ensure the correct documentation is ready before the work is released.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The projects vary in technology and complexity. Sometimes the focus is on existing installations, while other times you&#039;ll be working on new applications within the energy market. Regular contact with engineering, production, warehouse, purchasing, and project management keeps you focused on what&#039;s needed to keep the process moving smoothly. Your preparation directly impacts the pace and quality of the project.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You assess the work scope provided and identify risks<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You translate designs into clear parts lists<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You create purchasing overviews for materials and services<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You prepare project documentation, such as schedules and work instructions<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You provide test and inspection plans<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You monitor the administrative progress and report back to the Project Manager<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You&#039;ll work in an organization where craftsmanship, clear communication, and forward-thinking are paramount. This creates a clear structure and provides the space to work on projects with substance and enthusiasm every day.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What does your workday look like?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You start your day with a cup of coffee or tea and open your email. You check which questions require immediate attention. Then you briefly check in with colleagues so everyone is clear about the day&#039;s events. If there&#039;s offshore work, you start with the morning call with the client and the on-site team. This provides immediate overview and direction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Throughout the day, you&#039;ll have frequent contact with production and the warehouse, and you&#039;ll regularly check in on colleagues. Depending on the project, you&#039;ll also coordinate with suppliers or the client. The majority of your work consists of preparation and documentation: work packages, packing slips, test plans, requests for weld inspections, and all the information needed to properly and safely carry out outdoor work.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not every day goes as planned. This requires flexibility, but it also keeps the work varied and technically interesting.
