What are you going to do:
As a participating Location Foreman E&I, you'll focus on coordinating and executing electrical and instrumentation work on project sites. This role combines leadership with active participation in the execution. You'll collaborate with engineers, technicians, supervisors, and clients on-site. Your responsibility is to ensure the safe, planned, and technically sound execution of the work. You maintain oversight, are decisive, and demonstrate technical commitment.
- Participate in demolition, installation and maintenance work within E&I
- Managing teams of one to eight colleagues
- Coordinating daily activities on location
- Coordinate with supervisor and client on progress and planning
- Identifying and resolving technical and organizational bottlenecks
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
What does your workday look like?
Your workday begins with an on-site coordination meeting regarding planning, safety, and task allocation. You'll then collaborate with the team on the planned E&I activities.
Throughout the day, you'll consult with colleagues, your supervisor, and the client about progress and any adjustments. You'll assess unexpected situations and address them immediately.
At the end of your day, you record the progress of the work and are prepared for the next working day.
The offshore rotation consists of two weeks of work followed by two weeks of leave. This rhythm ensures clarity and a healthy work-life balance.
