SEW Energy develops process skids based on proven technology and years of experience in complex installations. With full in-house expertise, we create turnkey process modules that meet stringent safety, quality, and operational reliability requirements.

In these projects, we combine system integration with high-quality process instrumentation. The skids are designed as fully integrated and automated units, in accordance with international standards and customer specifications. This results in a solution that is not only technically sound but also integrates seamlessly into the overall system.

SEW Energy supplies process skids for:

  • Diesel oil treatment
    Purification skids for marine distillate and residual diesel oil, available in various capacities and configurable to project specifications.
  • Lubricating oil treatment
    Compact systems for the purification and conditioning of lubricating oil, aimed at stable operation and limited maintenance requirements.
  • Water treatment
    Installations for the purification of process water up to a residual concentration of ≤ 15 ppmV hydrocarbons, suitable for various operational environments.
