Craftsmanship in piping and construction
Piping is one of SEW Energy's core specialties. Our teams manufacture and install complete piping systems for onshore and offshore installations, for new construction, modifications, and maintenance. We work according to the customer's wishes and the applicable quality and safety requirements.
In our workshop in Broek op Langedijk, we produce piping in steel, stainless steel, and other alloys, including the associated inspection and welding documentation. Our experience in the oil, gas, and hydrogen sectors means we understand the demands of pressure, temperature, and material selection.
We use separate production flows for different material types, ensuring the purest use of materials and high-quality welding. If a project requires specific certifications or qualifications that are currently unavailable, we ensure these are arranged.
Also for construction work Clients can turn to SEW Energy. In our workshop, we build whatever the project requires, from support frames and platforms to complete skids and platforms. Always tailored to the design, application, and safety and reliability requirements.
Our welders, fitters, and construction workers combine craftsmanship with practical experience from the offshore, petrochemical, and energy sectors. They understand what it takes to realize structures safely, efficiently, and sustainably. Even larger structures are no problem; our workshop is designed to safely move and deliver complete components.
