Through the Metaalunie Ozone platform, we offer a broad and accessible training program for all employees. This includes technical training, in-depth modules, and opportunities for personal learning initiatives. The platform is developed by an internal project group and aligns with daily practices at SEW.

Frequently Asked Questions

Two new students can start each school year. In total, we have 6 to 7 students per school year enrolled in vocational programs in collaboration with Tetrix. You'll learn to become a Welder, Fitter, or Mechanic. We have room for one logistics student per school year. Applications for a higher professional education internship or graduation project are also welcome.

Are you a newcomer or do you not yet have the right experience in our industry, are you open to further developing your knowledge, please contact us to see what the possibilities are.

For the Production Technology vocational program, you can register through Tetrix Techniek. Visit the Tetrix open days, where we are always present as SEW Energy. Keep an eye on SEW's open day, held every year in March during the "Kom Binnen Bij Bedrijven Dagen" (Come Inside Business Days).

We are an accredited training company through SBB (Collaboration Organization for Vocational Education and Business) for the following courses:

  • MBO – Production technology level 2, 3, and 4
  • MBO – Logistics employee/manager level 2 and 3

We regularly have internship and graduation positions available for the following courses:

  • HBO – Mechanical Engineering
  • HBO – Technical Business Administration
