What are you going to do
As Warehouse & Logistic Manager, you are ultimately responsible for the entire warehouse and daily logistics management. You ensure that materials, tools, and transport are available for ongoing projects. In doing so, you manage the warehouse team and monitor safety, structure, and progress. You collaborate daily with project teams, the workshop, and purchasing to keep schedules feasible. Additionally, you evaluate existing working methods and drive improvements where necessary. Under your management, the warehouse continues to function reliably and efficiently.

What does your workday look like?
You start the day with a brief coordination with the team regarding planning, deliveries, and ongoing shipments. Afterwards, you check which projects have priority and which materials need to be available.
Throughout the day, you manage the warehouse team, monitor progress, and resolve bottlenecks.
You liaise with project teams and colleagues from the Warehouse and Logistics Planning.
Additionally, you collaborate with the colleague who processes the administrative data in the system. You look for inefficiencies and identify areas for improvement within the warehouse process. At the end of the day, you check the schedule for the next workday and ensure that outstanding actions are clearly assigned.
